You can join the Glam Club for free if you live in a participating country (link to the Liu Jo Glam Club). Here are the steps you will go through:
• Sign in to the Liu Jo website and enter your personal details;
• Make at least one purchase online or in a store. Every time you shop, you can have access to a different Glam Club level and receive increasingly exclusive prizes and benefits.
The five Glam Club statuses are based on your spending habits and are called Levels. Every time you reach a new level, you are granted a special status that you will never lose. These are the five Glam Club levels: 5th LEVEL: Over €5,000 spent at Liu Jo; 4th LEVEL: €2,500€ to €4,999€ spent at Liu Jo; 3rd LEVEL: €1,200 to €2,499€ spent at Liu Jo; 2nd EVEL: €500 to €1,199 spent at Liu Jo; 1st LEVEL: €1 to €499 spent at Liu Jo For details of the timeframe for reaching the spending levels, read the Terms and Conditions.
The Secret Garden is the most exclusive place in the Glam Club and is on the 5th level, the highest status of the Loyalty programme. There, all your dreams might come true, with glamorous experiences, female friendship and exclusive benefits.

When you shop online, the transition to the next level and the “Liu Jo Loves you Card” are confirmed 35 days later, which is the time limit for returning your items. After that, they will be automatically sent out to you based on the net price of your shopping.

• Go to a participating store and ask a sales assistant;
• Call the Customer Service at 0282955957.
