How much would the Gift Card cost me?
The Gift Card can be activated for free.

Can the Gift Card be bought/used in any Liu Jo store?
No, the Gift Card can only be spent in the store where it has been bought. Check the list of the stores where the Gift Card can be bought.

Can it be reloaded?
No, it can’t.

What is the lowest and highest amount I can put on my Gift Card?
The minimum amount you can load on your Gift Card is 50€; there are no limits on the maximum amount, instead.

Does it have an expiry date?
It is valid 1 year after it has been activated.

Can it be used on multiple purchases?
Yes, it can be used to shop as many times as you like, up to the maximum amount you have loaded on it.

Can the amount I have put on the Gift Card be refunded?
No, the amount you have put on your Gift Card cannot be refunded.

Can it be used by more than one person?
Essendo una card al portatore, può essere utilizzata da chiunque la presenti in cassa.

Can it be blocked if stolen or lost?
No. In addition, Liu Jo shall not be liable for any misuse of the Card.

Can it be used to buy anything from the store?
Yes, the Gift Card can be used to buy anything that is in store.
