Return and Size Exchange Procedure with DPD

1)Fill in the online return form and hand over the package to the forwarding agent. The package will have to reach the warehouse within 14 working days of the order delivery date.

You will also be asked to enter a collection address, date and time.

2)Put the products (with all tags attached) inside the original box, or a similarly robust one.

It is not necessary to attach the prepaid label to the package as the courier will automatically deliver the package to our warehouse.

SIZE EXCHANGE RETURN PROCEDURE

Please note the following (and indicate the information required):

  • Shipping costs for the return are at the receiver’s expense
  • Our customer code (to enter in the notes field) is 1664599.
  • The shipping address, which you will find on the label inside the parcel, or as below.

Return and Size Exchange Procedure with UPS

1)Fill in the online return form and hand over the package to the forwarding agent. The package will have to reach the warehouse within 14 working days of the order delivery date.

2)Put the products (with all tags attached) inside the original box, or a similarly robust one, and attach the prepaid label which you find in the packet, covering the old one.

3)Contact the forwarding agent and book collection based on your needs or deliver the package to nearest UPS point.

To change size, simply book parcel collection with the courier, following one of the methods listed above in point 3.

Remember to specify the operator that you are already in possession of a prepaid return label.

Return monitoring with DPD

You can monitor the progress of your return by clicking here.

Follow the procedure described in section “Shipment search with sender reference (only shipments in last 2 months)” and enter this information:

  • Sender customer code: 1664599
  • Alphabetical sender reference: your order number

Return monitoring with UPS

To monitor shipment of the return, go to the UPS site and select “Track by Reference”.

Fill out the following fields:
*”Shipment Reference” : enter the six digit number followed by R which you find at the bottom of the return label
*”Shipment Date Range” : always enter the date when you gave the parcel to the courier
*”Shipper Account” : enter the code EF7237
*”Destination Country” : enter Italy

Once you have filled out these fields, click on “Track” to see the shipping status of your return

Refunds

You will be refunded after the warehouse has received and checked the return (up to 10 business days are necessary).

Shipping costs will be deducted from the total sum of your return refund, with the exception of defective items.
