Refunds and Returns

You can return your items within 30 working days from the date of delivery of your order.

If you received your order with DPD, please follow this procedure:

1) Fill in the online return form and hand over the package to the forwarding agent. The package will have to reach the warehouse within 30 working days of the order delivery date.

2) Put the products (with all tags attached) inside the original box, or a similarly robust one, close the box with the stickers you found inside the box or with some tape.

We recommend that you keep the return tracking so that you can monitor the shipment.

Liu Jo pays the return costs.

Digital Boîte is not liable for any thefts or losses when our courier is not used.

If you received your order with DHL, please follow this procedure:

1)Fill in the online return form and book collection with the courier. The package must arrive in the warehouse within 30 working days from the date of delivery of the order.

2) Put all products with tags attached inside the original box (or an equally sturdy one) and apply the prepaid label you find in the package to cover the old one.

3) Book collection using one of these methods:

Go to www.dhl.it and enter the number preceded by the word WAYBILL on the return label inside the package. You will then need to enter the required information. Or contact the courier on 199 199 345 and select option 2. You will be connected to an operator who will help you. You will be asked for the Liu Jo customer number, which is 966722950. Alternatively, take the parcel to a DHL point. You can find the complete list by clicking here. To change size, simply book parcel collection with the courier, choosing one of the methods listed above in point 3.
If you received your order in store, please follow this procedure:

1) Fill in the online return form

 

2) Send an email request to: servizioclienti@liujo.com and please tell us the address, and the prefered day of the collection.

3) We will send you a confirmation of the collection via SMS/Email

4) Carrier will collect the parcel on the day request, you don't need to print anything driver will bring the shipping label return
You will be refunded after the warehouse has received and checked the return (up to 10 business days are necessary). In addition to the cost of the product, you will be refunded an amount equal to the initial shipment cost, with the exception of returns of defective items.

Nous allons enregistrer votre demande nous-meme et vous réserver le passage d'un transporteur qui viendra prendre le colis et le rapporter dans nos entrepôts en Italie. Le retour est gratuit et entièrement à notre charge.

Dans votre message, merci de bien vouloir préciser l'adresse à laquelle vous souhaitez que le courrier passe, le jour (du lundi au vendredi) et l'heure indicative à partir de laquelle il peut passer. N'hésitez pas à nous indiquer toute difficulté qui empecherait au courrier d'accéder facilement à votre sonnette (code d'entrée, impasse, etc.). Si vous souhaitez que le courrier passe à votre travail par exemple une entreprise ou un cabinet médical, un salon de coiffure, etc.. merci de nous en indiquer le nom également.
