Return and Size Exchange Procedure

1)Fill in the online return form and hand over the package to the forwarding agent. The package will have to reach the warehouse within 14 working days of the order delivery date.

You will also be asked to enter a collection address, date and time.

2)Put the products (with all tags attached) inside the original box, or a similarly robust one.

It is not necessary to attach the prepaid label to the package as the courier will automatically deliver the package to our warehouse.

Please note the following (and indicate the information required):

  • Shipping costs for the return are at the receiver’s expense
  • Our customer code (to enter in the notes field) is 1664599
  • The shipping address, which you will find on the label inside the parcel, or as below

We recommend that you keep the return tracking so that you can monitor the shipment.

Digital Boîte is not liable for any thefts or losses when our courier is not used.

You can monitor the progress of your return by clicking here.

Follow the procedure described in section “Shipment search with sender reference (only shipments in last 2 months)” and enter this information:

  • Sender customer code: 1664599
  • Alphabetical sender reference: your order number


You will be refunded after the warehouse has received and checked the return (up to 10 business days are necessary).

Shipping costs will be deducted from the total sum of your return refund, with the exception of defective items.
