Refunds and Returns

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within the terms and conditions established by the Terms of Sale. Once you have exercised this right, you can return your items according to the procedures described below. The products must not have been used, worn and/or washed and must not be damaged.

To make a return, please follow this procedure:

  1. Fill in the online return form. When requesting a refund or size exchange, our courier will schedule a collection for the date requested on the form. The request must be made within 30 working days from the date of delivery of the order.
  2. Pb. Place all products with the ID tags attached using a disposable seal and complete with all protective materials, any labels and tags attached and all accessories and documents present in the original packaging (e.g. anti-mould sachets, etc.) inside the original box (or one of similar robustness). Please remember to use the return label found inside the box. This way, we can easily identify your return and issue a refund or ship your size exchange. Only in exceptional cases may the requested size not be available, in which case you will receive a refund.

Once the warehouse has received and inspected your return, and if it has met all the criteria set out in this section and the Terms of Sale, the Customer will be refunded within 14 days of the date the goods were delivered to the warehouse. The refund will be equal to the cost of the product plus shipping costs (excluding additional costs for non-standard deliveries). If you return an item via courier, we will charge you the return cost, which amounts to (Cost of the Standard Shipping). This cost will be deducted from the refund amount. If your return does not meet the terms and conditions listed above, it will be rejected and will not be refunded. Please consult the Conditions of Sale for further details on return and refund procedures.

If you received your order in store, please follow this procedure:

  1. Fill in the online return form.
  2. Send an email request to servizioclienti@liujo.com, specifying the pickup address and your preferred collection day.
  3. We will send you a confirmation via SMS or email.
  4. The carrier will collect the parcel on the requested day. You don’t need to print anything — the driver will bring the return shipping label.

Nous allons enregistrer votre demande nous-meme et vous réserver le passage d'un transporteur qui viendra prendre le colis et le rapporter dans nos entrepôts en Italie. Le retour est gratuit et entièrement à notre charge.

Dans votre message, merci de bien vouloir préciser l'adresse à laquelle vous souhaitez que le courrier passe, le jour (du lundi au vendredi) et l'heure indicative à partir de laquelle il peut passer. N'hésitez pas à nous indiquer toute difficulté qui empecherait au courrier d'accéder facilement à votre sonnette (code d'entrée, impasse, etc.). Si vous souhaitez que le courrier passe à votre travail par exemple une entreprise ou un cabinet médical, un salon de coiffure, etc.. merci de nous en indiquer le nom également.

You will be refunded after the warehouse has received and checked the return (up to 10 business days are necessary).

Shipping costs will be deducted from the total sum of your return refund, with the exception of defective items.
