Return and Size Exchange Procedure with BRT

If your order was delivered with Bartolini, please follow  these instructions.

2)Put the products (with all tags attached) inside the original box, or a similarly robust one.

It is not necessary to attach the prepaid label to the package as the courier will automatically deliver the package to our warehouse.

You will also be asked to enter a collection address, date and time.

  • Shipping costs for the return are at the receiver’s expense.
  • Our customer code (to enter in the notes field) is 1664599.
  • The shipping address, which you will find on the label inside the parcel, or as below.

If your order was delivered with SDA, please follow  these instructions.

1)Fill in the online return form and hand over the package to the forwarding agent. The package will have to reach the warehouse within 14 working days of the order delivery date.

2)Put the products (with all tags attached) inside the original box, or a similarly robust one and apply the prepaid label which can be found inside the package, covering the old one.

3)Book the collection by following one of these procedures:
• Go to www.sda.it and follow each step. You will be asked to enter the Liu Jo customer number, which is 250769 in addition to the information on the return label.
The collection address must be the same as the one you used for shipping.
• Contact the courier on 800 223 399 and follow the automated voice-guided instructions. You will be asked for the Liu Jo customer number, which is 250769.
• Leave your package at the SDA point. You can find the nearest one to you by clicking here

To return the size exchange that you have received, simply book parcel collection with the courier, following one of the methods listed above in point 3.

If your order was delivered with DHL, please follow  these instructions.

1)Fill in the online return form and hand over the package to the forwarding agent. The package will have to reach the warehouse within 14 working days of the order delivery date.

2)Put the products (with all the tags attached) inside the original box or an equally robust one and apply the prepaid label which can be found inside the package, covering the old one.

3)Book the collection by following one of these procedures:
• Go to www.dhl.it and enter the number preceded by the word WAYBILL on the return label that you found inside the package. You will then need to enter the required information.
• Contact the courier on 199 199 345 and select option 2. You will be connected to an operator who will help you. You will be asked for the Liu Jo customer number, which is 106799831.
• Leave your package at the DHL point. You can find the nearest one to you by clicking here

To return the size exchange that you have received, simply book parcel collection with the courier, following one of the methods listed above in point 3.

Return monitoring with BRT

You can monitor the progress of your return by clicking here.

Follow the procedure described in section “ ()” and enter this information:

  • Sender customer code: 1664599
  • Alphabetical sender reference: your order number

Refunds

You will be refunded after the warehouse has received and checked the return (up to 10 business days are necessary).

Shipping costs will be deducted from the total sum of your return refund, with the exception of defective items.
