SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

Orders made between Monday and Friday by 2:00 pm (Italian time – GMT+1) will be handed over to the forwarding agent on the same day. Any orders made after this time will be shipped the following day. All orders made on Fridays after 2:00 pm will be handled on the following Monday morning.

Remember that the timing may slightly change in certain periods of the year or due to causes of force majeure.

PROCEDURE FOR UPS DELIVERY:

A first delivery attempt will be made. If you are not at home, the forwarding agent will leave you a notice and will call you back to notify you and agree on a second attempt. If you cannot be found, the forwarding agent will attempt one delivery a day for the next three days. If these attempts as well fail, the shipment will be classified as undelivered and you will have two days to request its delivery by contacting our Customer Service. Afterwards it will return to the warehouse.

We recommend that you enter a mobile phone number in your data so that the forwarding agent can contact you more easily.
